Surprising accommodation, amiable staff, marvellous location on how many people were in the restaurant. Local, large breakfast at 10.40, had astonishing food...

The food here was really good, and they had a lot of options to choose from. Also, its location being just a 10-15 minute walk from an amazing basilica was awesome and just right. 🍽️

The location is fantastic, very close to the city center, and the superior queen room had exceptionally comfortable beds.

Small room that was fine for a short stay. A little loud being right on a main street, but had a decent view for the same reason.

The street nearby was very noisy. Also, in the morning you got too much direct sunlight and the curtains were not dark or thick enough to stop the sunlight from entering so it was very difficult to sleep as soon as the sun rised.

The room was well-kept and nicely decorated, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable; the location was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the elegant restaurant downstairs.

Our romantic escape was made better with the great location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with fantastic views of the city. We appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the airport for an additional fee.

While the room was comfortable, the bed was a little too firm for our liking. the breakfast offered at the hotel could have had more variety.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to some of the main attractions. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a decent selection of hot and cold foods. There was also a convenience store next door that was open late which was really handy.

Honestly, the lack of English speaking staff was a major downside for me. It made my stay quite frustrating as I struggled to communicate even the simplest requests.

We loved the convenient location near the center, major sites and easy transportation. The hotel has excellent facilities, including gated parking with good security. The staff were accommodating and the rooms were clean with good wifi.

This hotel has a great location, being close to the city centre and even on the way to the train station. Although it is situated on a street with intense traffic, the rooms facing the backside are quiet. The breakfast consisted of several dishes and was served till late. The parking is good and wifi connection strong. the staff at the Front Desk Reception was professional, helpful and spoke very good English.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just behind the opera house in the center of the city. It made it so convenient to explore all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. They were always helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the breakfast included in the room rate was a great value for money. With a wide variety of dishes, it provided a delicious start to the day.
